The Carnegie UK Trust seeks to develop objective, evidence-based policy to improve lives.

The Trust’s work between 2011 and 2015 will be focused on a set of three themes which all have the potential to contribute in a positive way to the wellbeing of people in their communities, in the regions and in the nations of the UK and Ireland.

The three themes are:
1. Enterprise & society
2. Knowledge & culture
3. People & place

We welcome every opportunity to discuss ideas with policymakers, the public sector, voluntary organisations, business, individuals and communities.

While we no longer operate an open grants process, we are open to innovative ways of working in partnership.
