Kirsty Tait joined the Trust in 2005 as the Co-ordinator for the Rural Programme which completed in 2010. She now works within the Practice and Development team assisting manager, Jim Metcalfe with the development of the Trust's practice work. This will focus on finding practical innovations drawn from the Trust's policy research, and developing delivery partnerships with external organisations and agencies.

Before joining the Trust Kirsty worked in the events and media industry co-ordinating, producing and researching. She holds an MA (Hons) in History from the University of Edinburgh and a Post Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Rural Development from the University of the Highlands and Islands.
