Building a Single Digital Presence for Public Libraries

This report explores the concept of, and the need for, a single digital presence for public libraries. A single digital presence could be transformative for existing and potential library users as well as for library services. The report, jointly authored by Carnegie UK Trust and Arts Council England, is based on a roundtable discussion held with key stakeholders from across the UK in Arts Council England offices in December 2016. The British Library will now lead a period of analytic and strategic development of the single digital presence.
