Is there a duty to cooperate?
There is a golden opportunity not taken in the draft to set a duty on regulated services to cooperate with other regulators – the police, the ASA, FCA etc. This would be simple to do. We note that there was no substantial answer given on this by Minister Dinenage when asked a similar question by the Lord Stevenson in the Lords Digital and Communications Committee recent evidence section.[1]
