Engaging Libraries Phase 2: Findings in Brief

This report is a summary of an independent evaluation of Engaging Libraries Phase 2 carried out by Marge Ainsley. Engaging Libraries Phase 2 supported public libraries to work with higher education partners to deliver public engagement activities. This report provides an overview of the independent evaluation findings of the programme, funded by Carnegie UK, Wellcome and the Wolfson Foundation. It draws on data collected by 14 participating projects (16 different library services) between November 2019 and November 2021. As with any evaluation there are limitations, and further information about the method can be supplied on request.
